Insurance and cost information will be reviewed before services begin so families understand what to expect. Therapy services are provided through Restoring the Spirit, and coverage depends on each child’s insurance plan, eligibility, assessment results, required documentation, service approval, and program availability. Insurance plans we accept include Medicaid, Amerigroup, CareSource, Ambetter, and Peach State, but having insurance does not automatically guarantee approval, enrollment, or full coverage. Copays, deductibles, coverage limits, or other insurance requirements can affect cost, and any possible cost will be discussed with the parent or guardian before services begin. Families cannot pay staff directly for services, and tips or out of pocket payments to staff will not be accepted. If families would like to support the program, donations are welcome through the proper nonprofit donation process.
After reviewing the program information, insurance details, and possible cost factors, the next step is completing the required forms. Families will be asked to provide parent or guardian information, child information, insurance details, and eligibility information so our team can review everything and determine the next steps. Completing the forms does not guarantee enrollment, but it helps our team understand your child’s needs, review eligibility, and contact you with guidance.
